If you had $75 to spend...

at Bloomingdales. What would you get?

Something for the house? clothes? shoes? make-up? accessories? I am at a loss and need help. TIA!

Re: If you had $75 to spend...

  • I'd probably get a new bottle of perfume. I'm in the market for a new scent.
  • I was thinking about perfume too Chrissy! I need to re-stock my Burberry Brit. It's just so much cheaper to order from fragrancenet or theperfumespot. It's hard for me to pay full price at a dept. store when I don't have to.
  • I hear ya! Then again, ANYTHING you get at Bloomies is going to be grossly overpriced... I have a love/hate relationship with that store.
  • Shoes... if you can even buy shoes at Bloomies for $75... I love shoes.
  • There's a 30% off sale going online right now...can you use your gc online, or does it have to be in store?
  • I'd probably put it towards a cute fall bag...

On the perfume thing, have you guys tried Viva la Juicy?  Its my new fav :)

  • I love shoes too! I was thinking shoes, but was starting to feel guilty that I wasn't putting it towards something for the house?

Yes, I can use the GC online, thanks for the 30% off tip! ;)

Red-I bought Viva La Juicy last year and liked it a lot. I ended up selling it on ebay (with some other fragrances) though before we moved just so we had less breakable stuff to move.?

  • Cosemetics from whomever has a free gift with purchase. (And I don't even wear make-up...I seriously have an enitre make-up kit full of barely touched products, but I've got a lot of awesome bags!).

I also like using gift cards for little splurges I really want but can never "justify", like fashion scarves or travel wallets or a ridiculous cocktail ring or a necklace that's totally not my style but that I really really want to wear just once. Granted, most of those things are under $20/each, so you could get a few of them!
