WTF Wednesday..
So we did this on my anniversary board and it was pretty fun, so I thought it may be a good idea to try it out here! I promise after today I'll be back to my positive polly self..

WTF is up with my office being colder inside than it is outside, and I can't change the thermostat because they are having a meeting in the next room

WTF, mom? You've been moping around for 4 months b/c I don't include you with the baby and when I invite you to come to Baby Grand with me, you tell me that "you'll have to see". This does not bode well for your L&D pass.
WTF, husband? Please stop letting your employers walk all over you. You're a good employee and they know it. They will not fire you for putting your damn foot down!
WTF, Baton Rouge daycares? Why is it impossible to find decent, affordable daycare that stays open PAST 5pm? Who are these parents that get off at 4 and 430? This is truly unreasonable.
WTF is up with these young married kids thinking they can have a baby. Theres a girl on my anniversary board who is 20 (think her H is too) and they've decided to start ttc. First she had to start a candle business to make ends meet since both of their jobs weren't enough but then yesterday she posted how she did a cost of baby calculator and they were saving enough.
She comes on today and says she met with her gyno about ttc and since they DONT HAVE INSURANCE she was happy that the visit was only 190!!!
Yes you read that right! No insurance...That calculator she took was only for material things in the first year which was about 10k but a vaginal delivary with no ins is at least 5k if not more and what if theres complications!!!
I mean WTF is going on with some people?
Actually, a vaginal birth with no complications is more like $17k. Would you like for me to go tell her that?
you know that girl is gonna get on Medicaid and it will all be free. why oh why CHOOSE to have a baby with NO insurance!
Shoe, what daycare closes before 5? i have never heard this one.
It's the in-home daycares. They are more affordable for us but no one stays open past 5. I was able to convince 1 lady to not charge me if I got there by 5:20.
Regular daycares stay open till 6 but all the good ones are too pricey for us.

Some people started mentioning programs and I said you know what...those programs are for people down and out with the intentions that they get back on their feet...yes that doesn't happen all of the time but hey I can dream right?
I told her it was very irresponsible to get on said programs if you can prevent not having a child until they're ready with their own insurance!
We have a girl on there that had a preemie and with all of her stuff it costs 250k..so she let her have it with how stupid she was being..ugh

Anyway, WTF is up with the students this week. They're acting like complete and total animals. It is not just for me, it is for every.single.teacher. You'd think Christmas Break was going to start this weekend with the way they're acting. It is absolutely ridiculous.
Also, WTF is up with one of my colleague's wardrobes? I don't think she knows they still produced clothes after 1985... Or, that there are salons who will have no problem helping out her tragic hair.
WTF, Shoe's mom?! If you don't straighten up, the security guard (me) won't let you past the waiting room door. I don't have an emotional attachment to you, so I don't feel bad being a b!tch.

You think you can turn down my invitation to eat dinner with me tonight because you don't have the money for it, but your bad influence butt buddy calls and all of a sudden you go to Hooters and Cadillac Cafe? Then I get home from a 16+ hour day to find the dog not fed, the clothes not washed, the washed clothes not folded, the dirty dishes STILL in the sink, AND YOU ATE ALL THE BROWNIES. DIAF.
ETA: WTF, dentist?! You didn't think it was relevant to tell me about the SHOTS I'm going to get in my MOUTH when you do my fillings tomorrow? Instead you let me gripe and moan to a friend who explains to me that it's going to f*cking hurt and you're going to numb my mouth with "big ass shots"?! You can also DIAF.
