  I have a can of pumpkin that I had leftover from my cupcakes. I need to find something to make with it.  Hopefully DH tries it this time, he's not a big sweets fan.

  I already know what I am doing then.  I was eyeing this recipe last month and got all the stuff for it just never made it.  Maybe I will do it next week sometime.

  Started TTC 11/07 BFP 09/24/08 Miscarriage 09/30/08 First cycle of clomid August 09 Second cycle of clomid September 09 BFP 09/30/09 Miscarriage 10/10/09 Three more rounds of clomid and no success Diagnosed with Unexplained Infertility Abnormal Bleeding for 3 months resulted in D&C but results were normal November 2010 100mg clomid but didn't respond December 2010 forced break for a cyst February 2011 150mg clomid but still no response March 2011 250mg clomid and responded! Ovidrel trigger shot and IUI on March 31 Beta #1 11dpo: 27 Beta #2 15dpo: 85 Beta #3 18dpo 276

  I will join in the cooking challenge eventually but pumpkin isn't a possibility - MH and I both hate pumpkin food so it wouldn't get eaten if I made it...

  Blah.  Can roasted pumpkin seeds count?  That's pretty much all I'll eat of the pumpkin.  I was going to try and do something w/the rest of the pumpkin this year, but I forgot about it and ended up throwing it out.

  I'll give it a shot...maybe my sisters will eat whatever I come up with.
