How was everyone's evenings? What did you all think about the wind last night?
Re: Happy Hump Day?
My mom arrived yesterday so she's watching Sarah here at home today. Sarah's still congested and has a cough, so Grandma felt that she needed a "sick day". Personally, I think she just wanted a whole day with her.
We didn't do much last night except hang out. I made some Minestrone soup (thank you Bear Creek!) which Sarah didn't seem to care for but I enjoyed. C worked late so I was able to catch up on my Tivo! Yay!
Today is just work then a doctor's appointment tonight. Nothing exciting, just a checkup for my diabetes.
Hope everyone has a great day!
What wind? I didn't hear anything out by me. Although it was quite breezy when I went to bed.
Yesterday H and I took the dogs and Mary to the pumpkin patch. The dogs went crazy that they couldn't run around and Mary seemed to enjoy herself.
Nothing planned for tonight.
Maybe you were too far inland. I know down in LA a lot of power lines came down. I saw on the news, live coverage of one of our crews working in Hollywood. I was watching and thought to myself, oh those trucks look familar, hehe.
Yeah, H's dad was working in Ventura and said it was crazy windy there.
I hate the wind but at least it feels like fall now.
Last night we signed the docs for the new house. Now we just wait for them to process and it's all over.
I wired the money for the down payment this morning.
Other than that not much else going on. Just can't wait for it all to be over.
I hate the wind. Its one of the reasons I hate the fall. It creeps me out and dries my skin out.
