so they finally started our anniversary board!

how has everyone been doing the past year? I vote we do a little update in this thread...
we had a great first year. did lots of traveling. we went to Malaysia to visit with the inlaws and Jamaica to celebrate my birthday. we're definitely going back to Jamaica as soon as we can swing it. had an amazing time!
bought a townhouse in October and we still love it. almost wish we'd waited a few more months (as prices and interest rates dropped) but we're so happy with our house, its hard to picture living somewhere else. we adopted two kittens (Gomez and Morticia) in December and they're both growing up really well.
my baby fever smacked me upside the head as soon as we moved into our house but dh isn't ready yet so we're tta for now. hoping to start trying in December!

where have you been? haha, jk, we've had this anni board for awhile! but i'll update bc i'm loving my married life so i love to share! lol.
3 weeks after the wedding i got pregnant, we found out when i was just 4 weeks along bc i had passed out (scariest thing ever!) so we pretty much laid low on things, enjoying the holidays (and the food!)
we got a new house finally, and the very first night we started staying here, i started having contractions! we had started moving things in like 2 weeks prior but hadnt actually stayed the night, so the first night we had brought our dog & cat and the very last of our things, Kendall Kay must've known bc she was ready to come out!
then we had our beautiful baby girl on May 7th
the most amazing thing in the world! she was born on our anniversary date backwords! 5-7 our anni is 7-5. She was a loooong skinny girl! 8lbs 2oz, 21 1/2 in long. Since she was born we've been enjoying every minute of it, she's already gettin big fast! already gettin up on all 4's, starting to roll over, smiles & laughs all the time. im def. a proud mommy! and loving my life as a mommy & a wife
