What type of bag do you use?
Since we commute and hour+ everyday to and from the city, I feel like I bring my whole life in my bag. DH thinks I am crazy b/c the bag is so heavy. My chiropractor lifted it and said I HAVE to get a backpack. So I am wondering if you carry a purse, large bag, backpack or any other type of bag. Also, do you like it? If so, post a PIP or link below. Thanks ladies!
Re: What type of bag do you use?
I am thinking about some of these?
This backback.
or
This one.
or maybe this one.
I use a big purse that i got on sale at Kohls. It can sometimes get pretty heavy, even though i know i don't need half the stuff in there! But when it's light, it worries me, like i've forgotten something.
I basically like a purse/bag big enough for a book/magazine, my crocheting/knitting, and the essentials. My mom is in the process of making a cute shoulder bag that i may switch to using... But i'm *not* a big fan of carrying 2 bags, but i will on days that i have to!
And i like the first backpack that you linked to.

Finally! A Married Bio!!
Right now I have a white Ann Taylor purse that I love, but on its own I think it must weigh 1 or 2 lbs!! It always feels so heavy. I'm starting to wonder if that is what is causing my constant back aches! or the baby...who knows. lol
But I am seriously considering switching to a back pack. I need to have a bag that is big enough to stuff with the occasional magazine, book, food from the market or whatever else! I know at least the back pack would be healthier for me - it just makes it hard to look cool and fashionable in nyc. haha.
This is funny timing because I'm pretty sure my heavy bag caused me to pull a muscle in my back yesterday.
I use a giant tote bag from American Apparel. I often have my laptop on me for work and then half the week I have school books (binder and textbook) with me and the other half of the week I have workout clothes. I also always have a book for subway reading and then all my random bag stuff.
Hopefully my PIP works. I have it in brown with pink straps. I do really love it, but it does get heavy.
I love Vera Bradley bags for traveling. Maybe the patterns aren't for everyone, but you can sure fit a lot of stuff in their bags and they last forever. Plus you can throw them in the washing machine.
My favorite bags are: Miller, Villager & the Large Duffel. They also make back packs. Check out their site, they have a great sale section on older styles.
