Halloween?

We relocated from Minneapolis to the Dallas area on Monday and don't have a clue what to do for Halloween.  Neither of us start work until next week, so we can't bother co-workers yet.

Any suggestions for something to do would be appreciated!  TIA

Re: Halloween?

  • I would look on guidlive.com and pegasusnews.com for ideas.

    Welcome to Dallas!

    Edit: guidelive.com

  • You can go to Addison there are MANY bars/clubs there where I amsure everyone will be dressed up.  In Addison off the top of my head there is Black Finn where you can have dinner and drinks and dance its a semi-dressy sports bar college-y type of place, Sambuca dinner dancing and drinks usually have live music dressy place, Mercy wine bar also has live music sometimes and pretty good food and great wine selection not sure how they will be celebrating though.  Karma is club/bar fun place I am sure they will be having some sort of Halloween party.  If you want to drive to downtown Fort Worth Sundance Square area you can park and walk to many restaurants people watch or go to club/bar afterwards where they will all be celebrating Halloween...theres Vice a really nice new bar play great variety of music, Library, Petes Piano Bar, City Streets always has a HUGE halloween party and costume contest.

  • Taurus gave a lot of good ideas. Black Finn is a cool bar, it gets really crowded, though (at least on other holidays I've been there) so you might want to get there earlier.

If you are in the Fort Worth area, there is a huge Texas Country concert going on in Sundance Square that will probably be really fun.
