Anyone a rash expert?
This morning at church I noticed a patch of some form of rash on my wrists. There's about 20 bumps in all and they are hard and raised from the skin. each being about a millimeter or two. They haven't gotten worse since this morning.

I had a rash around my wrists earlier this year - any chance you were weeding/cleaning up leaves around cedar bushes/shrubs? Then your hands would have been covered (by gloves) leaving your wrists to get in touch with the cedars. There is an oil in cedars that some people (including me) react to.
Other than that, my only other rashes have been either allergic reactions from meds, from too much sun, or from allergy to adhesive (ie, from a band-aid, etc).
