Morning everyone, this wkend was one again too short for me but how was everyone elses? Any big plans this week?
Friday we hung out at home and watched some DVR stuff.
Saturday we took our dog to the Laguna Beach Dog Park then decided to go see
This Is It. We saw the early show and when we got back home I finalized
all my holiday designs so they were ready for the post on Sunday.
Sunday worked on the blogs then went to HB for a welcome home party for
H's friend that came back from Afghanistan. After we got home we did
some cleaning and watched an episode of Heroes.
I think H is getting sick bc he was coughing and sneezing all night so
I didnt get a good night's sleep. Almost called in sick until I
realized I have a big meeting this afternoon with some vendors.
This week nothing exciting...

Hello! This was a great a weekend. Friday- carved pumpkins and made caramel apples with friends. Sat- read and then went to my friends to help with handing out candy. They only got 9 kids all evening. It was so sad! Then spent the rest of the evening at a friends Halloween party. Sunday- relaxed with family and read some more!
This week I am looking forward to going to Oak Glen. It's my nephews 2nd birthday and I guess we are supposed to be doing a picnic lunch and then go back and do cake and ice cream at Bil's place.

Wow this weekend went by fast. With the time change I feel more rested.
Friday I had to take DH to the Dr. again, seems he was having a bad reaction to the antibiotics they gave him so they had to change the prescription. We then went and picked up my stepkids, went to target to get last minute costume accessories, then home. We ordered pizza for dinner and watched Hocus Pocus.
Saturday, I went and picked up keys to our new house. Then went home, got the kids and DH and went back to the new house to figure out what needed to be painted. We went to Home Depot and bought paint. Then we went home and carved pumpkins. Finally we got the kids in their costumes and I took them trick or treating. We only had 3 groups of people come to our house so we have soooo much candy left over.
Sunday we layed around and watched tv all day. I did some laundry and got the kids to pack up their rooms.
Tonight, more packing!
Friday night I had a Jr League meeting that went until 7:30. C and my mom took Sarah to her school Halloween party which they said was fun.
Saturday we all went to Ikea! Mom had never been so she REALLY like it! We went to LOOK at a few things and wound up spending $170! We got Sarah a really cute table and 2 chairs - the table is blue and we got a black chair and a red chair. We also got her a bead toy thingy that she loves and a two-sided easel (sp?) with a big roll of paper to go on it. I can't remember what else we got...it somehow all added up!
Saturday night we took her trick or treating! She was SO CUTE (if I say so myself) in her Princess Leia costume! She was pretty nervous at the first few houses but by the last one, she was ready to run up to the door by herself!
Yesterday, Mom took her to early mass then we all went to Downtown Disney to meet up with a friend from high school who I haven't seen in like 5 years! He and his wife and 2 kids were down at Disneyland for the week. We wound up going to lunch and just catching up...mom took Sarah around DD while we ate which was a big help! Last night we just finished up laundry and watched V (the old one) on SyFy.
Mom's planning to go home tomorrow but I'm trying to get her to stay through the weekend. She's such a huge help and Sarah LOVES having her around. I miss having family close by...

morning! :-) Had a relativelt good weekend! Had a halloween party on friday HAD a blast! and then went to a friends house halloween night and yesterday FIL came over and we took him out to dinner for his birthday! :-)
