Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

thanks nicole! i actually am having a major problem with pain in my right hand, wrist, arm, and even upper arm when I type. It's been awful - it used to start toward the end of the work day, then it was within frist couple of hours, now it is immediately, and tonight I noticed it started hurting while just opening mail and throwing lots of papers out.
eek. I'm hoping dr.s will help soon. I will send a better response asap. can't wait to catch up.
