Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Jilted Bride Shares Her Reception with Others
TTC #1 since 08/11 IUI#2 = BFP!
Good for her to take a hard and emotional time in her life and bring some joy to others who I'm sure could use some cheering up.
I am glad she was able to do something.
Locally last summer a chick called off her wedding and couldn't get her money back. She sold 200 tickets at $20 a pop to come to a "party". They had already paid for the food and an open bar, so she at least wanted to get some of her money back.
They set up games, wii, etc. She talked about it on the radio and supposedly to sold out pretty quick.
