Best Meals on Wheels Meals?
A close friend at work got into a pretty bad motorcycle accident last night. His gf also works here so I'm going to make a couple of meals for him tonight and bring them into work tomorrow. What meals work best for this type of thing? I was thinking a chicken parmasan meal and thats all I've got right now. I'm looking for something that's just a pop in the over for some time and its done. Also I'm a crappy cook, so something easy would be great.

Crock pot Salsa chicken (can use to serve over rice, in tacos, burritos or enchiladas!). Its sooo good
I use cream of celery instead of the cream of mushroom, and I omit the sour cream-less cals and it really doesnt need it!
