f/u to pizza dough

If you make your own what recipe do you use?  I know we have a few good cooks on this board & I'm interested in getting your ideas!!  I've done this King Arthur recipe-good, but I never remember to make it the day before; this one based on a Gourmet recipe; and most recently this one-it's my new favorite!  We have pizza every Friday night so I'm always looking for new ideas!  (although dh is boring and only wants cheese, sauce, & pepperoni on his half)

  • I use the recipe from Cook's Illustrated New Best Recipe cookbook. It's failsafe for me and SO good.

  • If I was looking up a recipe I would probably use cook's illustrated too.
  • While I like to make homeade pizza dough, we don't use white flour in pretty much anything anymore. I have found the best whole wheat pizza dough recipe isn't homeade at all. I use the 100% WW Trader Joes's pizza dough. It cooks better and freezes awesomely. I highly recommend using it, especially on a stone. Better than all of my homeade recipes and way easier.
