Mechanic Rec?
DH and I are thinking about buying a car in the Ft. Worth area and would like to have a pre-purchase inspection done. Anybody have a rec for a good mechanic in the area? The make is a Lexus if you know of any specialty shops that are better for them than others. TIA!

We use Don Perry's Garage in Fort Worth. My husband's family has been going to him for 20+ years and has never had an issue.

You can try searching the Mechanics Files on Car Talk's website. That's how I found my mechanic (in Dallas) and they are awesome. GL!
ETA: Carrie50's mechanic has really good reviews on there!
