If you and MrShoe are thinking about doing some canning for Christmas, you should definitely think about doing the apple butter too. You make it in the crockpot so it's sooo easy and the canning isn't bad. And it's delicious on biscuits!

I was actually telling him about your apple butter the other day! It looked so easy and I know our people would like it.
We don't have an actual canning kit but I might try to get bits and pieces of one off of ebay. We already have stuff in our kitchen that would work for a lot of it so I don't see the point in buying the entire thing.
