I decided to rent my condo to a friend of the family. She's going through a divorce and she and her teenage daughter needed a nice safe place to live. So she's renting our place for the next year and a half. I'm so glad I could help them. Her daughter was one of my sunday school kids a few years back and I adore her. So now, I have to write a lease...
