I taught a cooking class!!
by no means am I professional chef - I just really really really love to cook. and a friend/client of mine has a company called Brooklyn Events (BKlyn Events) and her original cooking class teacher had to move for a job. So.....I taught her first class last night! We had it at my apartment, the topic was squash - and there was 5 people there.
so that being said - if anyone wants to come and cook with me (maybe learn something, but no guarantees) and eat some yummy food - sign up for one of the upcoming ones.
It would be great to have a 'familiar' face join in the class. I think I was the youngest person at the class by about 10 years!! haha.
