I need a new job!

I know right now is NOT the time to be looking, but I have to! I can't take it any more. My job is a dead end as far as advancement and I need something to work towards. Right now DH is the clear breadwinner, but he is also wanting to try to quit his job and start his own business but before we can do that I feel like it would make me a little more comfortable if I can at least support us 100% on my income alone. I could right now, but we wouldn't be able to live anywhere near the same lifestyle and I don't want to have that pressure over me. So... do any of you know of a good company that is hiring? I have a Bachelors degree in business/marketing and I have worked as an executive assistant for the past 7 years for a small corporate office. Basically I do everything from the job of a secretary to assisting the owners to marketing to web page management, I handle all of their customer relations, I handle their health insurance, I am in charge of our rapid refund tax program etc... It's a small office so we really multi-task around here! Anyway... I need something else! If you know of anything please let me know. Like I said, I am not out of work so I guess I can choose to be a little more picky than if I needed a job ASAP, but I would like to move on sooner than later.

I've been here almost 5 years and the company has grown a TON (we had 70 employees when I started, now we're at 300+), so there are always new jobs opening up.

Thanks MrsAngel! I looked and the only one I would possibly qualify for is the Associate Mktg Mgr but I don't have any education experience. Do you think I should even try without that experience or is that a MUST?

I don't think the industry experience is a must, though they probably prefer it. It's something you can learn along the way, if needed, I think. Certainly wouldn't hurt to apply, if you think it sounds interesting. This was a new position for the company a year ago, and the role was previously filled by someone who'd been with the company for 8 years (she started as a receptionist and moved through several roles in her tenure). She left a couple of months ago, so this position has been open a while.

I hear ya on looking for a job. I've been trying to find something PT for when LO arrives, and have been unsuccessful. I've just obtained my B.A. in business, so I would like to put it to use somewhat.
