Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We should go shopping together. It would be disasterously fun. 
Is it bad that I don't balance my checkbook either? I'm not irresponsible with money but I've never been able to keep track of what I spend or write it down.

We use our debit cards and have never balanced the checkbook. Ever.
Dude, the stores wouldn't know what hit 'em. It would be seriously dangerous, but seriously fun!
I use my debit card exclusively too... I have heard of people balancing that... so who knows!
Like I said in the previous thread, I don't have anything to budget so I don't... maybe if my student loans didn't dictate my life, but they do...
I've actually been really good about shopping- I went last weekend and used up a bunch of gift cards! It was very rewarding
. I just focus on being savy with sales and deals rather than anything else.
I have tried to implement a budget for DH when he goes out with friends drinking... that's the only money suck I see.
Oh I love getting gift cards, guilt free shopping!
I am a fraction of the shopper I used to be. I had a hard time with it at first, but I'm okay now
