Almost forgot to tell you: AW: DH officially has a business
He got confirmation today that the Secretary of State approved his application for LLC.
So, it's official!
Got our federal tax ID and everything. Next step is to set up a business bank account, and start marketing. Still targeting January for actual launch of services.
I'm so proud of him! And excited and nervous for things to get going!
Winter is the slow time for this line of work, so I'm really glad we're starting now. Gives us time to get the administrative side of things in order and catch any glitches before things get really busy. Of course, assuming they do.

What kind of business is it? Just curious if there is anything we can do to help you out/pass along the name...
Hopefully you have a better experience than my DH with owning a business. It's grown to the point of DH working WAY more than any normal person should and him being way stressed out most of the time. Only problem is.....even after all the craptastic taxes they put on small buisinesses, he barely makes anything. And thank goodness he runs it out of our house and pays cash for all the equipment or he'd be in the red at full capacity. I cannot wait until he gets a full time job at UPS and he can just work a "normal" 8-7pm job! Haha....pathetic, I know!
