It's supposed to be gorgeous today. Nice weather makes me happy; staying inside all day without windows does not.
My weekend was pretty good. H's surprise party went off without a hitch and he was really surprised. My family did an amazing job setting everything up for us. His mom just sulked the entire time...ugh, annoying.
How was everyone else's weekend??

I spent all day Saturday baking for a bridal shower on Sunday.
On Sunday one of the guests came up to me and asked if I baked professionally. So that made me really happy and she didn't believe me at first when I said no I didn't.
The bride completely ignored me at the shower I threw with the grooms mom. However that night I finally called her and stood up for myself. She ended up apologizing for being a huge btch to me.
I never stand up for myself like that so I was very proud of myself.
I travel for work tomorrow and I'm soooo not looking forward to it.
Iz glad to hear the party went well. The pictures looked like it was a lot of fun. Lily at least she apologized, that blows.
I had a four day weekend and loved it. Jewelry party Wed night. Mani, pedi, wax and test drove new cars on Thur. H installed a closet organization system in LO's room Fri. Celebrated H's birthday Saturday. Church, furniture shopping, and dinner with H's parents Sunday. Busy, busy.
Suddenly it's Monday.

Monday did come really quickly...thank god I have off Wednesday and Friday. I'm considering taking Thursday too, but I'd have to come over here anyway for class, so maybe I'll just come in after lunch. Decisions, decisions...
Morning! We had a nice weekend, also. I have a 4 day week this week - we took off Friday. I cant wait.
Izzy- glad the party went well! and Lily - so glad you stood up for yourself. That's pretty crappy that she was rude.
Summer - what cars are you testdriving? We're hoping to get a new car by next summer - an SUV.
Glad the parties went well, girls, even if people can ruin the good things.
We spent the whole weekend fixing up the house for Thanksgiving. We painted our DR and put up some word art and went nuts in our guest bathroom -- we painted it brown! It's got all green accents and I love it more than I probably should. I was scared to death.
The weekend went by way too fast and I am sad to be at work. Work has been nuts because of septa. The nuttiness never ends.
This weekend went way too fast. I worked all day/night on Saturday and on my drive home from New Hope (where I was working that night), I hit a possum. No biggie...until I went to my car yesterday and saw that my tire was flat. Luckily, I took it to the shop and they were able to patch it up. Stupid roadkill!
This weekend flew by but at least I have Wednesday off!
I'm all at of sorts today. I'm supposed to be working a booth at the annual Public Health Conf. at the Convention Center, but the lady I'm sharing a pass with (to get in) is totally MIA. Makes me so mad...
This weekend did go super fast, but I have Wed. off for Veteran's Day so I'm looking forward to that!
I had off most of last week and didn't feel good the whole time so it flew by and I got nothing done....we had my cousins wedding down the shore on Saturday...the ceremony was in ocean city and the recepton in little eggharbor twp so it was a long day but we had a big gap so we walked on the boards and got Mack N Manco's which I was SOOOOO excited about b/c I didn't have it all summer
The wedding was beautiful but my poor sisters feel swelled up so bad it was nuts......I knew pregnancy could cause your feet to swell but my loard I've never see swolled feet like that!!

We want a loaded Murano. I'm just not sure if I want to make that big of a financial commitment. He really wants a truck. Not that I think it's cool, but I almost think we should look at mini vans. An SUV or crossover is a compromise. We're trading an eclipse and keeping our accord.
i'm super late on this but we wanted a Murano and settled for the Rougue. I LOVE it! it's great and a chunk less than the Murano. just an FYI.
