I don't have any PIPs but I'm really showing for being only 14 weeks. Turns out I have these LARGE fibriods so DR says its like I'm carrying twins.
Great! I started wearing maternity pants 3 weeks ago.
Its crazy when we get an u/s the fibroid is as big or bigger then baby. Dr says its ok the fibroid is no in my uterus or blocking the cervix. But it could be very painful as I get bigger.
Just felt like sharing.

Re: I'm big for 14 weeks
I aksed them this and they said it will shrink once the baby is born and they didn't really see a need to have it removed.
wow.... I hope it doesn't cause you any pain... I know Malia had to deal w/them during her PG and had some extra check ups for it, you might want to talk to her about it too.
eh, don't worry about when you start to wear maternity pants... they are so much more comfy aren't they?
I can't believe you're already in the 2nd tri!!! how exciting!!!

Oh fibroids, fibroids, how I hate thee! I had THREE and the largest one was the size of a tennis ball and stuck out, so for several months, I thought I was feeling baby, but then when it never moved I asked my OB and she said it was the fibroid. Ugg. Nasty.
So. If you have Qs, let me know...
Basically... I had massive pain for one week, got some mega drugs that I could take only for 3 days and it went away. My OB said it was one of the fibroids "disintegrating."
Due to the fibroids, I had ultrasounds every 4 weeks to check their size and position and impact on baby. So that was nice, got to see the baby more often!
In the end, they did NOT block the baby's growth. And they did NOT block my cervix, but as you know, I had to have a c-section anyway.
And now, 2 months after her birth, they have shrunk and my Dr said to just let them be.
Do you know if the fibroids were part of what was making it hard for you to conceive? Sometimes they can have an impact that way...
HTH... And I hear ya... Here if you need to chat more about them!

Welcome to the club.
No but seriously, that must suck and I'm sorry! I hope they don't get painful.
No the Dr said they weren't in my uterus so they weren't an issue with conception. I didn't even know I had fibroids until I got pregnant. I have 3 as well but two of them are clustered together so it look like 2.
How far along were you when the fibroid started causing you pain? I will contact you if I have more questions.
I hope it doesn't cause you too much pain or discomfort.
By the way, you're gonna have to share a pic with us soon.
It was around 25 weeks that I got the pain. It felt like a stomach ache. After if didn't go away, I called my doctor worried about either preterm labor or fibroid pain. They had me come in immediately.
I was put on bedrest for a week and given three days of heavy duty pain killers. I was told that you can only take the painkillers for a limited duration and only in the 2nd Tri and the concern was that they'd reduce your amniotic fluid, so anytime you have them, you need an ultrasound. My doctor gave me Tylonol 3s also but I didn't need them because after a few days the pain went away.

Sorry to hear about the fibroids - sounds like you've got some good insight from Malia though!
EEKS! Can they do anything about the fibroid??
