Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
I decided to try this cake out to see if I wanted to make it for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely delicious. We just kept the scraps from leveling off the layers and took the actual cake to my the ILs so that we wouldnt eat the whole thing. So so good and it was super easy to put together. If you need a Thanksgiving alternative to pumpkin pie or just want cake -- this is a great recipe for you.
