Legalosaur update
For those that asked me last week - I heard from Legalosaur, and here's the update:
Their little baby is...a girl! Einin Claire Maura was born Nov 8 at 7.02am, weighing 1 pound 11 ounces and measuring 13 inches long.
(By my calculations, this date puts Legalosaur at 26 weeks, 1 day when she went into labor, which is pretty amazing considering that her water broke at 20 weeks, 1 day and most women go into labor within a week after.)
Right now, Einin's condition is as stable as can be expected given her prematurity. Legalosaur and her husband are spending a lot of time at the neonatal ICU and hope to bring her home in February; she said she'll be posting on Pregosaur when she gets a chance.
Please continue sending them good vibes/thoughts/prayers/anything else you can spare!

You can email her at legalosaur at gmail dot com, but to be honest I'm not sure how often she's checking that email right now (I don't know if she has it directed to go with her private email or not) - so you can feel free to use that one, or give me a message I can send to her private email if you'd prefer.

I believe it's AY-neen (from here) - it's an Irish name meaning "little bird". Unusual, but I like it!

wow!!! I am sooooooooo relieved to hear that their baby is ok. It is going to be a long and hard road for them as she stays in the hospital but I pray that things continue to go well for them and that Elinin continues to thrive

Wow! That's awesome! 26 weeks is very viable. It's a LONG road, but so glad she was able to hold on that long.
Sending lots of nestie vibes her way! Please let her know that she can email me if she has any NICU questions. I know she has the nurses there to answer questions, but sometimes they might be too busy to really give her thorough answers.

We can send it just from the "HI Nestie's" since regardless of if you can donate or not, we know that everyone is with her & little Einin in spirit? What do you all think??
