Busy couple days and a BU
The last couple days have been ridiculous at work, I was there until after 10 last night and back at 6:30 this morning. Thank god we finished this project we've been working on. I missed all the fun today but in honor of the "we get it" post... here's another recipe from your resident cooking nestie

I really need to get some authentic-ish Mexican soon, because I don't think I'm *ready* to attempt it myself.
How's the new TV? (btw, I happened to fall into some money yesterday, which increases my odds of convincing DH of my purchase!)

mmmm.... Mexican food - I think I could eat it everyday, chips and salsa might be the best snack ever. Too bad I would weigh 300 pounds... I'm heading to California in the morning and we're going to go to Old Town in San Diego on Friday which I've heard has some excellent authentic Mexican food - which you cannot come close to getting in Kentucky. Looking forward to it.
The tv is good... all set up, surround sound hooked up, PS3/Bluray hooked up, etc. I have no idea how to work it with all the different remotes, etc. Good luck with the TV purchase -- you'll wear him down eventually!
