Mandy, I hope you find her. How long has she been missing?
It's all very strange. She lives in FL. My aunt called her BIL (his wife was my other aunt - she died this year) day before yesterday and said that gma was really sick and dying, but aunt is known for being overdramatic. Mom and my uncle have been calling since then with no answer. Other aunt (wife of my mom's deceased brother) stopped by yesterday and no one answered. I've emailed my cousin (son of deceased aunt) who lives with her and he hasn't responded.

I'm all right...feeling better than I have in a while. I've had this weird back pain all week and I finally broke down and took some Motrin (I'm not supposed to take iburoprofen - I know I jacked up that spelling) last night and I'm feeling a little better. I have a massage on Sat. and my massage therapist knows exactly how to fix this thing, so I'm excited to see her.
We have some changes coming at work too. My CW, who's a pretty good friend, is taking a different position in a new dept so it's creating a vacancy. I'm trying to get another friend in here to save her from public accounting. Another CW is going to be out on maternity leave at the end of Jan. so it's kind of a crazy time around here.

Crisis averted. Gma fine. Aunt was being dramatic. Gma has the flu. Went to the hospital yesterday (when other aunt dropped by - which is why she wasn't there). Crazy Aunt apparently had unplugged her phones so no one could get in touch with gma. When gma realized it she called mom and uncle immediately.

I had a really bad night last night. I found out a bunch of stuff going on with my real dad and it really upset me and Nick. I didnt sleep well all night. Im extremely stressed out with a ton of papers to write and im just not able to concentrate. Im more then ready for it to be thanksgiving so i dont have to think about school.

Emily is sleeping right now and I really want her to wake up so I can enjoy each and every second I have with her until I go back to work next week.
Thank god they found your grandmother Mandy, thats scary.
I am ok. The doctors that I am closest with at my work went in to have something removed on Monday and it turns out it's Cancer. I am pretty devastated about it but trying to say postive. He is just the best guy. I call him work dad he always gives me really good advice and is really positive and calming all the time. I went over like every weekend to his house to go swimming in the summer. It is so quiet here without him. I am just praying he is going to be ok. He just became a grandfather and has so much going on in his life.
So that has obviously been on my mind all week. I talked to him yesterday and the first question he asked was how I was feeling and how my pregnacy was going, thats how amazing of a guy he is.
I am good other than that, just praying for him.
Morning...this week has really flown by for me. I am getting frustrated with Andy (my little brother). He's 12 and starting to hit puberty so he can be a handful at times. When he gets mad he won't talk and that makes me mad because I'm asking him something and he ignores me. Then when he gets bored he won't quit talking. I swear if I have to play wii tonight I think I'm going to have to amputate my right arm! All in all he is a good kid but you can definitly tell he is the baby of the family.

Jo, sorry to hear about the doctor at your work. I pray he gets better.
Wow - I missed a lot this morning, I guess! I'm doing alright.. have a CRAZY busy week at work, and then also have several meetings today (which is unusual for me.)

I'm glad everyone else seems to having a good week. I seriously love all the new baby pictures. everyone's little ones are growing up so fast.
Thank you to those who sent their thanks to our service members, my hubs may not admit it, but it does mean a lot to him to be acknowledged for his service
everyone at our house is home sick, so I'm trying to stay clear. i've been really busy at work so that's kept me out of the house, which is good. going to sephora tonight to pick up some foundation, that's about as exciting as my life gets these days. I need to be better about stopping in, but I do try to keep up with everyone on facebook, even when i don't comment.
