Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Confession
My office manager has a house in St. Maarten. She is there a few months out of the year. There is a lot of times a bad phone connection there. Sometimes she will be coming in completely clear and I will just keep saying I CAN"T HEAR YOU, and then hang up. I don't try it too often though because I think eventually she will catch on.

It sure is! I know she definately doesn't deserve to have one but it keeps her out of the office 4-5 months a year so it works out well for me!
