Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dear Principal,
Can you for once get your $h!t together? When you tell me to make sure to do something and I do it, don't get mad when it upsets someone else, then send out a nasty email to the school trying to cover your tracks. Get your self together and stop trying to pass the blame on those of us working our bottoms off to try to please you. It took all I had today not to go in your office and confront you about the issue. Just to let you know, you managed to upset an entire grade level with one email. Do you ever wonder why almost half the faculty requests a transfer to a new school every year?
Dear Students,
All I ask is for one day of not fussing. I'm working harder than you will ever realize now, but hope that one day you will appreciate. My rules are simple and easy to understand. They have been the same since day one. Why are you trying to test them now? Just do what I ask and maybe your conduct grades will improve and you can one day have recess again. Until that day comes, enjoy spending recess with your heads down.

Dear MIL,
I don't understand why you and FIL are taking just one of your three kids and her FI to see your mom in AZ and the rest of us kids weren't invited. I don't understand why you and the rest of your family are doing Thanksgiving with said daughter's FI's family and we are being excluded. I don't understand why after being with DH over 4 years, I'm all of a sudden good enough to meet your friends. I'd love to know your reasoning behind these things.

I admire you for being a teacher as I'd never have the patient to deal with all that! When I was in HS my teachers had problems with the admin and it sucked to see how frustrated and hurt a bad admin made them.
