I've been sick most of the week, so I'll be playing catch up on sleep this weekend (and maybe work too, sigh). We're also hoping to just plop down and watch some football.

I can't wait to sleep in either; it was the first thing I thought of when I woke up this morning, haha.
Tonight we need to unpack and organize some stuff we brought to the house from the old apartment last night.
Saturday we're having a house warming party for our friends so we need to clean and prep for that in the morning and afternoon.
Sunday we'll need to clean up the mess.
I'm on-call again this weekend so nothing too exciting...
Tonight- we'll probably just watch whatever we have on netflix
Tomorrow- DH is going to finish the tiling etc on our 1st floor... maybe some shopping... the poor dog needs to have some exercise so hopefully a nice long walk depending on weather.
Sunday- we're going to my parents house (mom's birthday is today) for dinner. the pup will be psyched because he can run on the beach!!!
This week has flown by in some ways and dragged in others haha.
Tonight we're going to my parents for dinner.
Tomorrow I'm going with my mom and a friend to a craft show, then going to that friend's house for dinner. This friend and her fiance also know our non-friends. The non-friends have been contacting them to hang out, so they are coming too. Our friends and us will be buffers for the situation hahaha.
Sunday we're going to hang out with the ILs for a bit.
I know it doesn't sound like it but I actually have a very exciting weekend! Hehe
SO excited for this week to be over -- you have NO idea...
Tonight, as soon as work is over, I'm heading into Harvard Square for dinner with DH and some friends at Oggi's (love Groupon!)
Tomorrow I'll hopefully get my fat @ss to the gym, run a few errrands, and then DH and I are heading down to CT for the day for a friend's 30th bday party
Sunday is DH's cousin's daughter's christening, and then we'll be playing it chill for the rest of the day... maybe I'll even get those thank you notes done...
TGIF!
DH is working nights all weekend so I'm on my own and I have no plans. Tomorrow I want to get my nails done and do a little shopping. Sunday brunch with a girlfriend. Other than that, reading, maybe a movie, a little shopping. I'm excited to have no plans!

I had to cancel my plans last weekend in order to hang out on the couch with the flu, where I unfortunately had to stay until Wednesday. I am hoping to make up for that boredom and wasted time!!
Tonight - hopefully a nice dinner & movie w/DH
Tomorrow - Shopping day with my sister
Sunday - Visiting family and celebrating MIL's b-day
I want to sleep too!
Our 5 year anniv is tomorrow so we are going out for a nice dinner downtown here and getting some champagne for after dinner
Tonight we may see some friends- it depends on what the weather is doing, it looks like Hurricane Ida has finally moved out.
We're heading to the cape this weekend. I'm excited because we haven't been there since labor day. My Aunt, Uncle Cousin, her husband and the baby will be down too. My Aunt & Uncle have a house 4 miles from my parents. So I fully intend on getting my baby fix.
I'm going with my mom and sister to a craft show tomorrow too!! My mom's birthday is tomorrow and that is what she wants to do for her B-day. Then later that night is 'girls night' with my friends.
Tonight we are having a fire in our chimenea.
Sunday is just going to be relaxing with a little housework

Tonight hopefully DH won't be working too late and we can chill with a movie on the couch. Saturday I'm playing in a volleyball tournament all day which I'm really excited about; it's a women's tournament and I've been playing mostly coed so this will be a nice change of pace. Sunday is open right now.
gah, disgruntled Friday!!
I just took my car to the garage for an oil change and an estimate from the body shop, and 1. I need new tires soon ($600ish), and 2. I had some damage from a little hit-and-run parking lot fender bender looked at, which I seriously thought was going to cost me about $100 (based on similar damage I've done myself twice now), is actually going to cost me ***$1400***. Turns out the bumper that was hit is too damaged to fix, it needs replacing. UGH. My insurance should cover it (hopefully), but still.?
?Other plans: still undecided. We had tentatively planned to go to VT tomorrow to do some registry completion at Simon Pearce and use our free dinner (as a gift for registering there), and hang out where we used to live in NH, but some friends are unexpectedly out of town, and I'm not sure if other friends will be available last minute like this. If we don't go, we'll just relax and clean the house, maybe go to a movie, and finally go to church Sunday with my cousin, for the first time since moving here.
I'm so glad it's the weekend!! Everyone's plans sound fun

Tonight, DH & I are meeting my sister out at a restaurant in Groton to have dinner because she has a crush on the chef.
Tomorrow night, we are hosting Ethnic night at our house. Our group started with the easy ones, French, Italian and German so we're doing Japan. Should be interesting.
Sunday, we are going to the Mac & Cheese throwdown at Great Scott in Allston. Should be fun
) And then the Pats/Colts game on the couch that night!
Somewhere in there, we have to look at our wedding album proof and find 40 pictures we can take out....
