Gift for Sandy & Einin
Hi girls -
I'm all for doing a gift other than flowers, but have no idea how to coordinate a fingerprint necklace. If you have any ideas on how to do it (without requesting any effort from NJSwimmer since she's surely got her hands full), I'd love to hear it. I don't think we should do food, just because that would be assuming that her family/friends aren't already taking care of this and we'd have to make assumptions about what she likes. Most of the food I received went to waste or I didn't have the room for it.
Any other ideas? Obviously, the gift is the gesture, doesn't need to be practical, and flowers are easy.

Or maybe a gift card for a restaurant? That way they can use it when it's convenient for them? And have some time for themselves?
I'm in, btw. I don't think I replied to the other post.
Good point on the delivered meals; now that I think about it, whenever I've sent that it's to someone I know well (so I know their tastes and level of support -- or lack thereof -- from others).
In any event, I'm still in for whatever we decide to give.
I'm only just now catching up on posts (I didn't get online yesterday and EVERYTHING happened lol) and I just have to say that the girls on this board are awesome! I'm totally in.
Question though, to clarify - is this for Sandy (njswimmer, who just gave birth to William) or Legalosaur (who just had Einin as a preemie)? I was assuming Legalosaur based on other posts, but her name isn't Sandy.Cerclage placed @ 21w6d due to CI (IC)
