I'm off to Calgary tomorrow!
I am in desperate need of a weekend of fun. Soooo, I am hopping in the car and driving to Calgary to visit with my friend Raymond for the weekend. I am really looking forward to it. We haven't been able to hang out very much in the last few years. We're having a Mel and Mo weekend...should be a blast! Any suggestions for something fun to do? We're going to Korean BBQ and that's all we have planned so far.

I LOVE Korean BBQ. The new Balzac MegaMall just opened and there's some interesting stuff there, I think the new Holts has opened as well downtown (but I could be wrong as I've not heard a report on it since I moved North). If the weather isn't too cold Kensington or 17th ave might be fun for more boutiquy stores. And if the weather's bad check out Arts Central for some cool stuff. I never did really go out to the clubs when I lived there so I'm not sure about that end of things, but for other daytime events there are some pretty nice galleries downtown.
