Wedding pics...what to do?

My one year anniversary is coming up, but my wedding pics are still on a data disc. We didn't have our photog make us a book b/c we figured we could do it cheaper on our own but we haven't done anything. Any ideas on where I could have a nice book put together?

Re: Wedding pics...what to do?

  • snapfish.com

You can download them and put them how you want them, plus you can send the page to family who want to get them printed as well. Our photographer printed them all out for my DH and I but the parents did not get any inless we printed them out. I sent them to this web site so they could pick their own pics and how they wanted them printed. :)

  • I did my book on shutterfly.com

Love it, and I think right now they're having a big sale on photobooks.
  • I did one on MyPublisher.com and also one on Shutterfly. My sister just got married in October and she did one on Snapfish. Of the 3 I think the one I made on MyPublisher is by far the nicest and I highly recommend them!

  • I also reccommend blurb.com, we ordered a book from for our last vacation when we got engaged and it turned out great!

  • FYI, someone on my month board showed us this link a little while back, it's got a great comparison between several of the photo book companies so you can find one that works for you. :)

  • I did books for our parents on Picaboo.com   You can do fancy covers or the really thick board pages on picaboo.  We still haven't done an album for ourselves, in fact I think my mom has all of our proofs!

  • I've heard that Blurb is one of the best when it comes to consumer coffee table books. I made a Snapfish book a couple years ago before I had access to the pro stuff and it's not too great :/ What I've seen from Blurb looks much better! Mpix isn't bad too...

  • We made books for our parents at mypublisher and were very happy with them. Also, buy a collage frame and print out your favorites--we did this in our bedroom, and I like that I get to see my favorite photos every day.

I did mine on shutterfly and everyone who has seen it loves it.  We made a bigger one for us and then printed it in a smaller size to give to our parents.

  • I have done books at mpix and snapfish. Mpix is by far a much better product. MPix is fast and the quality is fantastic!
  • I have also used Blurb in the past and that is where I am putting together mine with wedding pics! They look great!
