WHAT?!?! I am so sad for you. It is the best sandwich ever. Central Grocery on Decatur is the home of the true muffaletta. Head there immediately. Bring me one back.
Make time! I promise you won't regret it! One sandwich is so huge, the 2 of you can easily split it and still have some leftover. OMG, my stomach is growling now.

I actually don't eat olives either but I eat their spread. When I was little, my mom would just take the olives off for me. It was still yummy.
