Hey Ladies, I'm looking for new stainless steel cookware but don't know where to start. There are so many different kinds out there and just wanted all your lovely opinions.
TIA
Re: cookware recs
We have a set of Paderno. I got them about 9 years ago and they are an amazing set. They are made in Canada and have a 25 year warranty. They have very heavy bottoms which are great for even heat distribution. Here's a link to their website http://www.paderno.com. My basic set was bought at a restaurant supply store and I bought complementary pieces for fantastic prices at an outlet store. (I think there's an outlet at Heartland in Mississauga)

ETA: I have one good non-stick (Paderno) but in general, don't spend my money on non-stick pans. They need to be replaced much more frequently, so I tend to pick up a couple of Kitchen Aid pans when they're on sale. Then I don't feel bad about tossing it when the coating starts to go.
