Make sure to tell them to clear their cache. It wasn't working for me until I did that. Also, if you don't wait for the entire post to finish loading, I notice sometimes it won't mark that one as read. And, if you're in a post with multiple pages, you have to hit "Mark all as read" if you want it to be unbolded, but don't want to go through all the pages. I think even when there are a lot of replies on the first page, you have to scroll by them all for it to go unbolded, since it still thinks there are new items there--but I might just be being paranoid.
Oh, and this is a big one. If you're in a post, instead of hitting the back button to leave, hit the breadcrumb at top. That refreshes the page, and the back button doesn't.
Not having versus not implementing properly is a huge difference

Is there any way you guys could get that changed back to how it was before? I know I'm not the only person who has to clear their cookies on a daily basis. And I know I'm not the only person who's a freak about bolded posts. I'll just weep quietly in the corner for now.

Is there any way to make the Sticky posts bold again once someone posts in it?
We have daily sticky posts and the girls aren't noticing when there is a new post. It stays gray.
It's almost here! Weeeeeeee!
