Explain the stuffing balls!
Re: nicoleabrock
Absolutely! Here's the recipe:
1 pound ground pork (optional)
1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
3/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg
1 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter
Cooking Directions:
Preheat over to 325 degress. Cook pork in large skillet until cooked through, drain. Place in large bowl, cool slightly. Stir in dry stuffing mix.
Add cranberry sauce, egg and water; mix well. Shape into 16 balls. Place on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush evenly with butter. Bake 20 mins.
So yummy!!
Nicole,

They sound amazing!!
And the nutritional info wasn't nearly as bad as I thought... for T-day, they're practically health food
Wow... those sound good. I am going to have to do some experimenting to "clean" up the fat content a little bit. Thanks for sharing!
