Haha! No seriously though..I volunteered to bring sweet potato crunch for our work Thanksgiving lunch next week and I have NO idea how to even make this. I believe I have all the materials, just not sure what to do with it! If anyone has any super delicious recipes feel free to share! Thanks!

    Isn't it just mashed sweet potatoes with chopped pecans as a topping or mixed throughout? If so that's so flucking easy you'll head/hand plant. I think you should take Jenn up on her tasting offer, she has excellent taste buds.

    Jenn, if I don't get a recipe I'm sure you won't want to taste it haha..I'm not a good creator...you certainly might just get poisoned unpurposely because I'm sure it won't even be edible. lol

    Nah! I'm just a little nervous about going on other boards. Some of the girls on the other ones are horrible! I've been lurking around here for close to 3 years now and I'm just now starting to speak lol..

    The sweet taters are gonna work out..I guess MT is right. It surely can't be that hard..we shall see!

    my mom makes it and I know she puts butter, brown sugar and pecans on top.  it's sooo good!

    Yummy.  My MIL puts condensed milk in hers.  It's very good.  Any time you need a recipe, allrecipes.com is a good place to turn.
