WWYD: a dentist situation
I've been going to my dentist for a few years now (granted, I haven't gone in over a year). My DH went to see her once and didn't really like her, so I thought we'd try out my ILs' dentist (my DH is horribly afraid o the dentist - loong long story, so I thought I'd go check this guy out and hoped he'd trust my judgment). I'm not really liking him, he's alright, but nothing fantastic. He cleaned my teeth, but didn't have the time to do a couple of fillings. Anyway, I want to go back to my old dentist. How weird would that be? What on earth do I say to her? Man, I feel like I cheated on her, lol.
Re: WWYD: a dentist situation
I wouldn't even worry about it, it was just a cleaning. It's not like somebody started drilling into your teeth or anything.
ETA: even if she notices, she'll see that you obviously prefer her by the fact that you came back.
So do I just say nothing when I go back in half a year? And it'd be so awkward when the ILs go to this dentist guy too. LOL, I'm over thinking this, aren't I?
