Okay so the repair they did to my sofa? They replaced the arms and stuffing in my couch. After almost a year of b1tching and a few very angry emails my sofa and love seat are fixed!! You can sit on them without needing to fear that they will fall apart and you do not require about 20 pillows to be comfortable!!! It's awesome!
