Anyone know how much it is in NYS? DH got one last night but trying to see how much it is vs. an inspection sticker ticket. ;-)

- 2/13: u/s #1 - baby boy, due 10/12, born 10/16! ...... 8 lbs 0 oz, 22 inches!

Yes, this is true. But we can't gert his vehicle inspected (costs too much to replace the transmission - getting a new car instead) so if he shows up to the trooper barracks to show proof it was fixed, they'll most likely notice the past due inspection. So now we are trying to figure out which fine is worse. ;-)

This is how it should work- I've gotten them a few times
Yeah, me too, but for a tail light. They wrote me a ticket, but also gave me a blank affidavit that I could get signed by a repair place attesting that it was fixed by sundown on the day after the ticket was written. I mailed that back and it was dismissed. If you didn't get one of those, make sure you get it fixed w/in 24 hours and bring proof on your court date. They'll likely dismiss it.
