Jeff finally comes home on Monday after 6 weeks away...and then starts his new job on Monday the 30th
Yup, I have strep throat. I'm on day 8 of 10 for medication though, so I'm feeling better but need to finish up the meds.

Ugh, I'm sorry your sick! I know how you feel, I'm slowly getting over my cold, of course nothing compared to strep throat though I know. Glad the meds are helping you recover!!!
He's a CPA and he's going to be doing consulting for a firm here that is contracted by govt agencies to oversee how money is spent, etc. Right now he's doing auditing and he likes it but wanted a change. Plus, it's more money and they have an office in Albany...which is great since we plan to move back to the Cap region in the next 4 years or so.
Yeah, it was a good day. A Twilight day, lol. We all watched Twilight here, they had never seen it, then we went to go see New Moon and went to dinner, lol.
That is fab that Jeff is finally coming home in 2 days. You have to be excited about that. Will he travel a lot with his new job?

Yes - I can't wait to have him home. Although I do love having all the pillows and blankets at night. haha! His new job will not have him travelling a lot...thank goodness!
New Moon was SO much better then the first one. I mean it still had a few little down falls, but not like Twilight.
I hear ya on having the whole bed to yourself. T and I have been sleeping apart for the past 4 nights b/c we both have been sick, he came back to bed last night and kept me up for 1/2 the night, lol. I can't kick him out again though, I've missed him.
That's great that J will not be doing as much traveling with this new job. Hopefully, the job will bring you back to NY soon (I read the post above).
Yes - I hear ya on the sleeping thing. First few nights are always tough...he's a total blanket hog too.

Jeff is so excited about the job so I am happy. As much as I want to move back to NY, right now, and I say this with a heavy heart, I can't even think about moving back. I am in love with the city.
