So quiet around here today....
B - Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt, coffee
L - healthy choice cafe steamers red pepper chicken somethin or another
D - not sure....fish sticks? (yuck) I will probably have cereal or something

B - late breakfast today since I slept in. Egg white omelet w/lf cheese, raisins
L - not sure yet, probably a salad
D - baked tilapia w/veggies
B - Dry cereal at my desk (I was running late) Autumn Harvest by Kashi. Mmm.
L - Lentil soup
D - Take out so we can pack up for tomorrow, most likely (woo two day work week). I'm probably going to want Thai. Again. (Lily Thai - Your Tom Yum soup you burn my mouth off with it's spicey deliciousness . . . I love you.)
B: PB&J on toast
L: Trader Joe's Latin style black bean soup with added avocado, pita chips, mandarin oranges
Breakfast = The usual protein shake
Snack = an apple with water
Lunch = Since I didn't get BL text till after I left my house I didn't get to bring a lunch (though I usually have my shake) so the Prez is buying me lunch. I will get a steak tip salad with lite italian dressing and water
Dinner = I think M had steak tips pulled out, so I'll cook that with 2 sides for him and probably just have a shake for dinner since I won't have it for lunch...we'll see.
I LOVE that cereal!!
B- Oatmeal, pear FF Milk
L- No idea probably salad and sandwich (now that I go home by 1:00, I don't really have to "plan" lunch anymore.
D-Spaghetti with turkey (never did make that last week).
Lets see here.
B : Still working on killing that box of cherry poptarts, and a coffee
L: Im thining mac and cheese
B - My usually turkey bacon breakfast sandwhich and grande vanilla latte from starbucks. I should own stock in that company!
L- Was in a hurry this morning so I grabbed some almonds, an apple, some carrots, and a granola bar.
D - DH is making his black bean and rice chicken. Mmmmmm...
B-raisin spice oatmeal
L-spinach salad with Morning Star Asian burger on top, apple, water, possibly some light lays chips if I give in to my salt cravings...
D-IDK-some Healthy Choice meal cause I won't have too much time before hooping tonight.
Okay, so the prez changed up where he's going so I get a SUPER yummy lunch:
Vegetarian Roll-Up: portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, shredded carrots, avocado and humus (extra humus) on a plain wrap
and a
Waldorf Salad: field greens, with chicken breast, celery, seedless grapes, granny smith apple wedges, gorgonzola, honey roasted walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
B - toast & chocolate milk
L - vegetable soup
D - I think I'll make quiche
B - Cereal Bar - you know the yummy kind with "milk" (aka frosting) in the middle. About 3 cups of coffee with sweet and low.
L - I am eating those lightly sauced veggies that you microwave in the bag for lunch lately. So good (and so low in calories)!
D - Not sure. Maybe quesidillas. Maybe not though.
B - Nothing, I am LAGGING this morning ugh! I didn't even get a cup of coffee this morning
L - Prob a salad or sandwich of some sort... I've got about 5 mins to figure it out.
D - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans (broccoli for DH, he hates green beans)
B- brownie with a glass of milk (I needed to "eat" with my vicodin)
L - nothing
D- lasagna and garlic bread
B- strawberry frosted mini wheat (I actually ate at home instead of in my car for once! It felt good)
L- leftovers from last night...a potato chicken broccoli thing.
D- tacos! mmm we love tacos!
