F/U: Soup Recipe!

Thanks for helping me decide which soup to make next ladies!  I made it for lunch today and it was DELICIOUS!  Checkout my cooking blog for the recipe!

Re: F/U: Soup Recipe!

  • I have been searching for a good potato soup recipe, so I think I'll try this one! Thanks for posting!
  • I suck at anything that is kitchen-related, but I may just have to make this soup when I have a few days off over Thanksgiving!

If I do, I'll let you know how it goes  Smile

Up until my later college years I NEVER cooked.  Then it became a necessity to eat (without going out all the time) so I started simple and now it's a side hobby.  Soups are actually suprisingly easy.  Cream soups are a little harder than broths but just make sure to keep the heat low (don't boil it!) and stir often so it doesn't burn.  The hardest part for me is chopping things (my knife skills still suck).

    Good luck!
