Random ramblings

I just spent $1.99 on 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit at Popeye's, then I bought a bottle of water from the vending machine for $1.25. Amazing that a bottle of water costs almost as much as a whole meal.

Our office had free 10-minute massages today and I totally fell asleep during mine this morning.

  • Well, that's better than falling asleep at your desk and missing the massage altogether!

We have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.

Very true! BTW, your siggy reminded me that the tweens weren't that bad at the theatre where we saw New Moon. Just a few screams when Jacob took off his shirt, but otherwise, people were very intent on hearing everything.

  • Ours was a theater full of only adults, and there were still a few whistles/lots of laughs when Jacob took off his shirt...several of the whistles/cat calls came from men! lol  And of course there were groans all around when they showed the Alice's vision of Bella and Edward!

Gotta love it when the men participate! That vision was the cheesiest thing I've seen in a LONG time.

  • I'm extremely jealous of Popeyes and massages. Nice Monday!

  • I'm definitely in need of a nap! I read Mamie's comment and thought, hmmm, I didn't think vhc worked at Popeye's...No, Leigha, that's what she ate today. Memory recall fail.

LOL! Yes, that and sweet potato pie. Which I may fall asleep in myself if I don't find a way to wake myself for the next hour and a half.
