I am pathetic...

No matter how pathetic it truly is, I cried while watching the series finale of J&K+8 tonight.  That show has been a part of my life for the past however many years and its over.  I can't believe it.  Yes, I feel dumb but oh well. J proved his douchetastic ways tonight and I hope he jumps off a bridge and realizes how dumb he is.  That is all.

Re: I am pathetic...

  • You are not pathetic Karrey. Although I didn't really watch this last season (mostly because of all the drama and how everything turned out-made me sad). I watched all the other ones beginning with the 2 "specials" before they even had their own show. Although Kate was "bitchy and bossy" according to most people ( I honestly didn't think so myself) I totally think that ultimately Jon proved to a complete douche and selfish a$$hole. I will be watching the finale here on my coast soon and I'm sure I will cry too. I would NEVER have guessed in a million years that this is how this poor family would've ended up from watching their very first TLC special. So sad.
  • There is one phrase that he says during the show that had both me and Drew sitting with our jaws dropped.  I wont spill it now, but I wonder if you have the same reaction.  Let me know later.
  • What's the title of the season finale? I think it already aired for me :( And I'm trying to find the rerun of it to tape

  • I knew what he said before the show even aired, it was all over the t.v. here before it was on.  J is a douchebag, I also think the fame/money went to K's head.  God bless those kids though, hopefully everything that has gone on in recent months doesn't effect them later in life.  I dunno, I guess I just got sick of hearing about them just about everyday, I don't like having to change the t.v. station every 5 seconds, hopefully now that the shows done, things will chill out.
  • Man, every word that came out of that prick's mouth was garbage.

Were you referring to the "best of both worlds" quote, him being "free" when the marriage ended, or one of the other 3,249 jacka$$ things he said?

I can't believe how much he disregarded the mother of his children and even the children themselves. Father of the year for sure.

    I cried too.

  • Aw man I missed it last night!  Thankfully I have DVR!  I'll have to watch it when I get home.

  • I never really watched it (except when it was on in the mornings when I was still working part-time this summer) but I'd be curious to see the final episode. Jon is such a douche. I thought he was kind of a passive agressive d-bag from the beginning and I couldn't really blame Kate for yelling at him most of the time (though it did get to a point when I wondered why they were still together years ago). He's like a sulky teenager.

Well, he's really showing his true colors now . . . I can't believe he's behaving this way and yet, he keeps claiming he's all about his children.

Yup, you got both of them.  But the "free" part made my jaw drop.  I mean really?  He coudlnt think of a zillion other ways to phrase 99% of what he said so that he didnt sound like a complete jackass?

Drew pointed out that it was all I, I, I, I, me, me, me, with a kid thrown in here or their.  At least K thinks about the things she says before they vomit out of her mouth.
