New Orleans attorney Morris Bart, famous for his "one call, that?s all" advertising, has sold a home in the Country Club of Louisiana. Property records show that Bart and his wife, Cathy, sold the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home on East Augusta Drive for $775,000. Michael A. Colomb, an attorney, and his wife, Sharon, bought the 4,477-square-foot house in a deal that was filed last week. In a few years we will read in the Business report Real Estate Weekly that you have sold your house in the CCL and that you bought a 4.5 Million dollar house in New Orleans.

Mr. & Mrs. Jenn needed a larger home since they have decided to graciously open their doors (rent free) to close friends known only as Mr. & Mrs. Shoe. Mr. & Mrs. Shoe also serve as Mr. & Mrs. Jenn's personal live-in chef and nanny. The Shoe's 3 children get along swimmingly with The Jenn's 4 children.
