sitting on the edge of my seat...
That's what I will be doing for the next couple of days or so waiting to hear from the adoption agency. I'm getting a puppy!! (hopefully) I don't want to jinx myself. We filled out the application tonight, we'll hopefully hear back from them friday or saturday, do a meet and greet, and we'll get the furbaby!

Yay EMNI! Good for you!!
We're going to fill out an application for our greyhound over Thanksgiving weekend. Did your application have any weird questions? We found one that wants to know if we'd be willing to keep in contact with them regarding the dog's health and general well being for the rest of its lifetime. We're kind of stuck on that one... we understand their love and concern for the dog, but at the same time, they're adopting it to us, you know?
What kind of puppy are you getting?
Yay! We thought about adopting another a few months ago, but when we asked about a specific one, she was already adopted. Maybe we'll check it out in the new year again!
She is a Corgie mix (they say dalmatian, but it looks like some sort of bird dog to me). Oh goodness, she looks so squishy and cute! Right now she is with her foster family, so hopefully right after Thanksgiving she'll be ours. I should probably wait for house with a yard, but I can't! Too many dogs that need homes!
AWWWWWW! I have a corgi/german shepard mix. Basically huge corgi ears, huge head....little golden eyebrows...so cute. This was her adoption picture. Awwww my baby.... She is WAY bigger now. She has the biggest feet! lol...
