Worst Movie EVER: Paranormal Activity
So a co-worker of Dhs had the bootleg- so we watched it last night...OMG- there are two hours I wont get back....it was SO.BAD.
It could have been an A&E special...nothing happened until the last 15 minutes and even what did happen...blew...
The reviews that said it was the sacriest thing ever...they must have been paid by the studio- it was lame-sauce

That's too bad, I actually liked it. Granted, I'm not a huge scary movie person, but I enjoyed it.
I think it's a tossup for worst movie ever made between "Deep Blue Sea", "Mission to Mars" and "Godzilla" (the one with Matthew Broderick)!
Wow - people are loving that movie!! The reason it's so big is because people were raving about it on the internet.
I think scary movies lose 95% of their scariness when you watch them at home. I HATE scary movies...so DH usually rents them when I know I'll be passed out on the couch early.
Sorry you were disappointed!
I have no desire to see it because I'm not a scary movie kind of person. The only thing that's compelling to me is that the main guy in it is a recent alumni of the college I teach at, so people here are psyched about that (it's a small school).
Bummer you didn't like it! That's never fun.

I actually enjoyed it.
It wasn't the scariest movie I've ever seen but I wouldn't go as far to say it's the "worst movie ever".
For us- it was.
That's too bad you didn't like it. A few people I know saw it, liked it and one of those people was so scared they stayed awake the whole night, lol.
I have no interest in seeing it. I saw Blair Witch and didn't like it, so I'm guessing I wouldn't like this movie either.
