Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I know there have been a lot of bugs logged, but what's the plan in terms of addressing them? Or at least some of them? What are the priorities and timelines? Just want to get on the same page with you so I can answer questions on my board - thanks.

To help with speed, we are adding new servers. You should be seeing an improvement this week.
The only Knotties that should be having log in issues are those with the &. Can you please send me the other Knottie's name and I will take a look at that and try to log in myself.
I will update you on the mobile device issue. I do not have a date on that now and will let you know as soon as I do.
Annie, Her original knottie name was ct31805. Her name has showed up as 9848662354... since the switch. I told her to try logging out and logging back in and it still shows up with all the numbers.
