    3) Do you have the traditional turkey dinner or something else? We will have a traditional turkey, but it will be BBQed.

    5) What is a special tradition you have at the holiday? We get up early and have hot chocolate while watching the parade in our pajamas.  If we're in a hotel (which we won't be) we order room service breakfast, so this year I think I'll make everyone waffles.

  • 1. Technically 1.  I banked enough time last week and this week that I can take Friday off too though.  Yeah, this would be the time of year I pay for the time off I took for the wedding/honeymoon and my cousins funeral.

    2. I have no clue.  It would be nice if DHs work would tell us if he's working, thats the deciding factor.  If he's working, I'll go to my cousins a couple hours away.  If he's not, we'll probably have a relaxing day at home as he'll be wiped out.

    3.Turkey

    4. No plans.  Probably getting stuff done around the house.  Our shopping is pretty much done and there's no way in H*LL you'll get me near a store on Black Friday.

    5. To me all the family ones are normal, so I 'm not sure what the rest of you don't do.  DH and I don't have any set ones yet.

    6. DH, dog, house that won't frickin sell (but that we're lucky to have), that I still have a job after our merger, that when we move we'll be closer to family
